Emily received a big girl’s bike from uncle Art on Christmas. It has been cold on this neck of the woods so she has been practicing/riding in our basement. She is getting quite good at it and learned how to stop with the pedals (backwards). The hand controls are still too much for her to assimilate. A few weeks ago it was warm enough to ride it outside and outside we went, just around the block. Her little face light up with each pedal and she was very proud of herself. And so are we!
